Dr. Fiona Hunter has provided a wide range of professional consulting and training services in the field of international education for over 10 years, working with institutions in Europe, the United States, and Latin America. While earning a Doctor of Business Administration degree in higher education management at University of Bath in England, Fiona served several years as a ministry-appointed national expert for the Bologna Process in Italy. She is past president as well as co-chair and founding member of the Special Interest Group Researchers in International Education at the European Association for International Education (EAIE), and currently works as international director at the Università Carlo Cattaneo-LIUC in Italy, a position she has held for 16 years.

Dr. Vicky Lewis is an independent consultant advising universities in the areas of international strategy and marketing planning. For nearly 20 years, Vicky held a number of senior posts within the UK university sector, from establishing an international office from scratch to leading an 80-person marketing and communications directorate. She has 13 years’ experience within university leadership and has led organization-wide initiatives including the development of institutional marketing and internationalization strategies. Vicky is a University of Oxford modern languages graduate (German and French) and completed a Doctor of Business Administration degree in higher education management at the University of Bath. Her doctoral thesis examined the motivations, strategies, and approaches to internationalization at UK higher education institutions. Over the years, Vicky has presented at a range of conferences including NAFSA, EAIE, and Going Global.

Jessica Winters has over 15 years of experience in international higher education and was an early adopter in the development, implementation, and use of social media in higher education. She coordinates marketing, recruitment, and social media at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, where social media is now an integral part of the university’s international student recruitment strategy and internal and external communication. In addition to her work for the university, she consults on online and social media topics for higher education institutions, organizations related to higher education, and other non-profit organizations. In recent years, Jessica has delivered many presentations and workshops (NAFSA, EAIE, DAAD, among others) for higher education professionals, and is experienced in presenting her knowledge in an accessible, professional, and engaging manner.

Debbie G. Donohue has been working with students, businesses, and universities around the world to create and enhance international internship programs for over 10 years. She is currently the founder and president of Global Career Pathways, a consulting company that assists employers, universities, and organizations worldwide in developing a global workforce through university recruiting programs. Prior to starting Global Career Pathways, Debbie created the Georgia Tech Work Abroad Program in 2005. Within five years and with a two-person staff, she grew programs that sent Georgia Tech students on over 250 global work terms in 31 countries. Before Georgia Tech, Debbie worked for IASTE, an international non-profit, helping the top 25 technical universities in the US send students to internships in 40 countries around the world. Debbie has worked with students of all majors, but specializes in sending STEM students on international internship programs. Debbie is the author of Successful Models and Best Practices for Internships, Service Learning and Volunteering Abroad, published by NAFSA.

Dr. Don Martin has over 28 years of experience in the field of graduate enrollment and student services. He has held senior-level positions in admissions at Columbia University, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and Northwestern University. Don writes weekly columns for U.S. News & World Report, contributes to the GRE Facebook page of the Educational Testing Service (ETS), and also authored the best-selling publication entitled “Road Map for Graduate Study: A Guide for Prospective Graduate Students.”
